Air conditioner front covers, air conditioner plastic injection mold with the injection molding machine. In SHANDONG province, China, our custom has been employing 40 of our injection molding machines to manufacture air conditioner plastic injection mold since these years. The injection molding machine delivering a clamping force of 650 tons, and with a shot weight of 270g and thickness of 2.5mm,the customer achieves a cycle time of 38s in semi-automatic mode in this demanding high performance, high quality manufacturing process. Injection molding of air conditioner back covers, the injection molding machine has been providing its worth for our custom in QINGDAO, SHANDONG Province since 2008 in manufacture of ABS air conditioner plastic injection mold. The customer employs injection molding machines with a clamping force of 560 tons driven by a VDP power pack and controlled by the nippobatta system. Each product has a shot weight of 483g and a thickness of 3mm manufactured with a cycle time of 43s in semi-automatic mode.
