Custom Exhaust Fan Injection Mold

Exhaust Fan Injection Mold
Exhaust fan is a kind of air conditioning appliance that uses a motor to drive the blades to rotate and drive the air flow to exchange indoor and outdoor air. The purpose of exhaust is to remove indoor dirty air and adjust the temperature and humidity. It is widely used in homes and public places.
Also known as negative pressure fan, negative pressure fan, etc., it uses air convection to keep the room in a negative pressure state, forming a suction force, continuously inhaling outdoor air and expelling the stuffy air in the room, thereby achieving the effect of ventilation and cooling.

Blade processing: First of all, the processing of blades involves precision forging technology. To perform precision forging on the blade body surface, there will be forging flash at the blade inlet and outlet edges, which need to be removed by milling. Then the processed blade body curved surface is positioned and clamped, and the root tenon processing of the blade is completed by the slow feed grinder process. The tenon is then positioned and clamped, and the process positioning point at the tail of the blade is cut off and removed by the wire cutting machine. In this series of processes, except for the milling of the blade inlet and outlet edges, which is a new processing technology unique to forged blades, other processes are traditional or relatively simple.
CORE Pin processing: For workpieces such as CORE Pin, the processing process includes material preparation, rough grinding, process hole opening, grinding thickness in place, clamping into blocks, tool setting, and discharge machining. This process involves precise dimensional control of the workpiece and complex process flow to ensure the quality and performance of the final product.
Bevel guide pin hole processing: With the increase in the complexity of the product, bevel guide pin hole processing has become a necessary step. This involves the process of pulling out the side hole mold on the molded product before the mold is opened horizontally, which is achieved by a lateral core pulling mechanism. The processing of the oblique guide pin hole is usually carried out using a fixture or a sine table to ensure accurate size and shape.
