Fan Parts Injection Mold

Fan Parts
The selection of fan parts materials must not only ensure the performance of the fan, facilitate the improvement of the shape and position accuracy of the parts, but also facilitate molding. If crystalline or semi-crystalline plastics are used, it is easy to produce flow direction orientation during the molding process. During the cooling process, the shrinkage degree of plastic products in all directions varies greatly. Moreover, factors such as uneven cooling will inevitably produce shrinkage stress, causing the product to deform, and the deformation of the product after completion is also large, and the required shape and size cannot be guaranteed, thereby reducing the accuracy and performance of the fan blades. Therefore, it is best to use amorphous plastics with relatively small shrinkage rates, such as polystyrene, ABS, AS, etc. Polyethylene plastics are generally not used because of their high brittleness and poor impact resistance, and they are prone to cracking during use. The performance of ABS and AS plastics is relatively compatible, among which the price of ABS is relatively high. Therefore, most of the plastics currently used are AS plastics.
Mold Making Time
1. After signing the contract, there will be 3-4 days to check with the customer first, and both parties will communicate some specific requirements of the mold;
2. The mold design time is about 5-7 days, and material procurement will be carried out in the same period;
3. The mold production time is about 20-35 days, which varies according to the size and complexity of the mold;
4. The mold trial and inspection time is about 2-3 days; generally, the requirements are basically met after 3 trials.
