Metal mold materials
1. Aluminum alloy molds: Aluminum alloy molds are lightweight, easy to process, and have good thermal conductivity. They are suitable for injection molding of small, complex, and high-precision products. However, the strength and hardness of aluminum alloy molds are relatively low, and they may not be suitable for withstanding large injection pressures.
2. Steel molds: Steel molds have high strength and hardness, can withstand large injection pressures, and are suitable for injection molding of large and heavy products. However, steel molds have poor thermal conductivity, which may cause uneven temperature on the surface of the product.
2. Non-metal mold materials
1. Resin molds: Resin molds have the characteristics of low cost, short processing cycle, and easy modification, and are suitable for small batch production or trial mold stages. However, resin molds have poor durability and cannot withstand long-term and high-frequency use

2. ABS material: It has high strength, rigidity and toughness, and also has excellent wear resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance. It is widely used in automation equipment, home appliances and other fields.
3. PA material: PA6 and PA66 are commonly used, with high strength, high toughness, high wear resistance, oil resistance and other characteristics. It is widely used in the automotive industry, electrical equipment, stationery and other fields.
