Since this product is a structural part, the appearance requirements are not high, so the side with more bone is divided into the front mold, the side with less smooth surface and less bone is divided into the rear mold, and the front and rear molds are inlaid harshly. The product adopts a two-point needle valve type hot nozzle to feed the glue and directly point it on the surface of the product. There are three inverted buckles on the side of the back mold bone, and three square sloping tops are used.
