The surface treatment of the air intake grille is usually leather grain, sandblasting, painting, electroplating, and the materials are usually PP, ABS, ASA, etc. The requirements for the bumper grille are lower, generally leather grain, sandblasting, and the material is mainly PP. The grille is an appearance part with high surface quality requirements. Due to product structure limitations, it is difficult to eliminate weld marks, so how to control the position of weld marks is the most critical issue for this type of product.
