Double Color Bottle Cap Injection Mold

The process flow of double color bottle cap injection mold is a special injection molding process. Injection molding is the core link of double color bottle cap injection mold, which mainly includes the following steps:
1. Load the processed raw materials into the hopper of the injection molding machine and set appropriate process parameters, such as injection temperature, injection speed, etc.
2. Turn on the injection molding machine to melt the raw materials and inject them into the mold cavity. The injection molding machine injects the molten raw materials into the mold through high-pressure injection to fill the entire mold cavity.
3. After the injection molding process is completed, the color is changed. Based on the rotating module designed by the mold, the rotation of the mold is controlled to fill different colors of plastic into different areas.
4. Cooling and curing. After the injection molding is completed, the mold is placed in a cooling device for cooling to quickly solidify the plastic.
5. Demolding and inspection. After cooling and curing, open the mold and take out the molded product. Perform an appearance inspection on the molded product to ensure that the quality meets the requirements.
