Add the prepared plastic particles into the mixer according to the formula ratio, and add appropriate amount of additives such as plasticizers, stabilizers, etc. to improve the performance of the plastic. During the mixing process, ensure that the plastic particles are fully melted to obtain better processing performance.
The molten plastic is poured into the mold and cooled by the molding machine to solidify into a plastic pallet. During this process, the molding temperature, pressure, time and other parameters must be controlled to ensure that the size and shape of the plastic pallet meet the requirements.
