Electroplating is the process of plating a thin layer of other metals or alloys on certain metal surfaces using the principle of electrolysis. It is a process that uses electrolysis to attach a layer of metal film to the surface of metal or other material parts, thereby preventing metal oxidation (such as rust), improving wear resistance, conductivity, reflectivity, corrosion resistance (copper sulfate, etc.) and enhancing aesthetics. The outer layer of many coins is also electroplated.

Chrome plating
The chrome plating layer is a cathodic coating and only plays a mechanical protective role. For decorative chrome plating, the bottom layer is generally a bright coating that has been polished or electrodeposited. It is widely used on exposed parts of instruments, meters, daily hardware, household appliances, airplanes, automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, etc. Functional chrome plating includes hard chrome plating, porous chrome, black chrome, milky white chrome, etc.
Galvanizing
The zinc coating is of high purity and is an anodic coating. The zinc coating provides mechanical and electrochemical protection for the steel substrate. Therefore, zinc coating is widely used in machinery, hardware, electronics, instrumentation, light industry, etc. It is one of the most widely used types of coating.
Copper plating
The copper plating layer is a cathodic plating layer, which can only provide mechanical protection for the base metal. The copper plating layer is usually not used alone as a protective decorative plating layer, but as a bottom layer or middle layer of the plating layer to improve the bonding strength between the surface plating layer and the base metal. In the field of electronics, such as copper plating of through holes on printed circuit boards, as well as hardware crafts, handicrafts, furniture decoration and other fields.

EDM machine is mainly used for EDM machining. It is widely used in the manufacture of various metal molds and mechanical equipment. EDM machine is a special processing method that uses the electro-erosion effect generated by the pulse discharge between two electrodes immersed in the working fluid to remove conductive materials. It is also called discharge machining or electro-erosion machining. We use EDM machines imported from Japan, Europe and the United States, and the quality is guaranteed.
