Regarding the Electric welding mask, first, to save time, manpower and money, we make welding mask complete as one product , then make 3D mould picture on computer, check mould parts if operate smoothly, passed inspection in computer and will be actually produced.After we get the mould, we will check the mould with designated machine.Then we will fill plastic into mould to create plastic parts by using a combination of heat and pressure to inject resin into a mold cavity , every injection molded part is the result of a complex series of changes in phase, temperature, and pressure. After get this plastic part, we check each plastic electric welding mask one by one.Good parts are shipped and bad parts are reground and recycled.
