The two injection molding products shown on the left are in the electronics field.Both electronic products are original parts and have not been subjected to surface treatment. If customers require polishing, spraying, electroplating, laser engraving and other processes, they can tell our technical engineers or mark them on the provided drawings.

Analyze the Mold drawings
The customer sends us the 3D drawings, and our engineers will carefully analyze the drawings and understand the customer's needs.
Make the mould flow analysis
Mold process analysis involves multiple stages from design, including product part drawings, process cards, production batches of workpieces to manufacturing, to ensure that the final product meets technical requirements and performance standards
Create the DFM report
DFM is a process of studying the relationship between the physical characteristics of the product and the various parts of the manufacturing system, and applying it to product design in order to integrate the entire manufacturing system for overall optimization.
Design tooling drawings
After the preliminary preparation work is completed, our professional engineers will design and optimize the drawings according to the customer's ideas.

We have our own factory workshop, more than a dozen injection molding machines and other equipment. We have been dedicated to the injection molding process for ten years.
From the selection of raw materials, the improvement of technology, the manufacture of molds and the production of products, there are production and monitoring personnel in the whole process.
The workshop is well run and has a dedicated person to clean and keep it tidy.
