1. Select raw materials and parts
Before producing the flashlight, it is necessary to confirm the raw materials and corresponding parts. The main raw materials are plastic, galvanized, etc. The corresponding parts include flashlight shell, lampshade, battery rack, etc. The quality of these materials and parts affects the life of the product.
2. Injection molding technology
First, customers need to provide product drawings or pictures. We collect and analyze product data by understanding the purpose, processing performance, dimensional accuracy and other technical requirements of the parts, which is the basis of production. Injection molding should use appropriate temperature, pressure and injection time to ensure the quality of each flashlight.
3. Install parts
After injection molding, parts are installed, such as lamp heads and plugs. The battery converter on the lamp head needs to be installed by professionals so that the circuit can be properly connected. Not only that, the battery cell needs to be filled with a certain amount of electricity when in standby mode, so the release and filling of the battery cell should be controlled to ensure the normal use of the flashlight.
