Smart Electronic Earphone Shell Injection Mold
Injection molds play an important role in the manufacture of electronic product shells and accessories. Many electronic product shells and accessories are made of plastic materials, such as mobile phone shells, computer keyboards, TV shells, etc. These products usually need to have a certain strength and durability, as well as a good appearance and touch. Injection molds can be designed according to the requirements of the product to produce shells and accessories that meet the requirements.
Secondly, injection molds are also widely used in the manufacture of connectors and plugs for electronic products. As an important part of electronic products, connectors and plugs need to have good conductivity and reliability. Injection molds can produce connectors and plugs with high precision and high durability, thereby ensuring the normal operation of electronic products and the reliability of connections.

The eight parts of an injection mold include molding parts, pouring system, guide components, demoulding mechanism, mold temperature control system, exhaust system, core pulling mechanism and other structural parts.
Molding parts: Parts that give molding materials shape, structure and size, usually composed of core (convex mold), concave mold cavity, threaded core, insert, etc.
Gating system: The channel that guides molten plastic from the injection machine nozzle to the closed mold cavity, composed of main channel, branch channel, gate and cold material well.
Guide components: Ensure that the movable mold and the fixed mold can be accurately aligned when closed, composed of guide pins and guide sleeves, to ensure smooth and reliable movement of the demoulding mechanism.
Demolding mechanism: A device for demoulding plastic parts and pouring systems, including ejector pins, ejector pipes, ejector plates and pneumatic ejection, etc.
Mold temperature control system: The mold temperature is adjusted by heating rods to meet the requirements of injection molding process.
Exhaust system: Exhaust grooves are opened at the mold parting surface and the matching place of the insert sleeve to ensure smooth discharge of gas.
Core pulling mechanism: For plastic parts with side holes or side recesses, side core pulling or slide separation is required before demolding.
Other structural parts: Such as fixed plates, movable/fixed templates, support columns, support plates and connecting screws, etc., to meet the requirements of mold structure.
These parts work together to ensure that the injection mold can efficiently and accurately produce plastic products that meet the requirements.
