In the process of insert injection molding, it is necessary to design and manufacture an injection mold with insert function, and place the insert in a fixed position to ensure that it will not move or fall off. The insert must also be surface treated to ensure that the insert is firmly combined with the plastic material. After the mold and insert are ready, the insert is placed in the specified position of the mold, the mold is closed, and then injection molding is performed to combine the insert and the plastic material into a whole.
