Therefore, the mold ejectors and alignment pins must be lubricated regularly and the mold ejectors and dowels must be checked for damage. Therefore, pay attention to the cooling channels and regularly maintain and clean them; In addition, after the end of each production cycle, pay attention to the continuous electric heater and rod electric heater of the injection mold, if there is damage to the parts, it should be removed and replaced in time, and a record should be made to prevent damage and timely find the problem and repair.
3. The surface of the injection mold should be maintained regularly, and if you do not pay attention, it will have an impact on the performance of the produced product. The surface maintenance of the injection mold is mainly anti-rust, so it is necessary to choose a suitable and good quality anti-rust oil, which is very important.
When the mold is working, different molds should be cleaned in different ways. Wash the remaining raw materials and other deposits in the mold with copper rods, copper core wires and mold cleaner, and then dry. Do not use hard objects such as iron wire and stainless steel wire to avoid damaging the surface of the injection mold.
