The working principle of injection mold mainly includes the following steps ：
1.Open the mold : the injection molding machine closes the mold so that the nozzle of the mold is aligned with the nozzle of the injection machine, and the chamber and cooling system in the mold are connected with the injection machine.
2. Ejector : The plastic particles are heated and melted by the injection machine and shot into the cavity of the mold through the ejector nozzle. During the injection process, the injection machine applies a certain pressure to fill the entire mold chamber with plastic.
3. Cooling : After the plastic is injected into the mold chamber, the cooling system cools the mold quickly by cooling water or cooling oil. By cooling, the plastic quickly solidifies from a molten state into a solid to maintain the desired shape and size.
4. Open the mold and take out the product : after the plastic is completely cooled and cured, the injection molding machine opens the mold and takes out the molded plastic parts from the mold. Under normal circumstances, the mold has one or more pairs of mold cavities, and multiple plastic parts can be injected at the same time to improve production efficiency.
5. material recovery : After taking out the finished product, the injection molding machine will recover the incomplete cured plastic hopper and reheat to melt for the next injection molding cycle.
The structure of injection mold : injection mold is composed of two parts: dynamic mold and fixed mold. The moving die is installed on the moving template of the injection molding machine, and the fixed die is installed on the fixed template of the injection molding machine. In injection molding, the moving mold and the fixed mold are closed to form the pouring system and the cavity, and the moving mold and the fixed mold are separated when the mold is opened to remove the plastic products.
